JessFX is usually a one woman operation and all orders are made from scratch so do keep that in mind when planning an order. Processing time is usually 1-3 working days but please allow 5 working days to allow for busy periods.

If you do need something by a specific date please drop me a message to see if it is achievable before placing your order, and please be aware it may incur a rush fee.

All orders are sent special delivery with Royal Mail which means once shipped they should arrive the next day. They do need to be signed for and you’ll receive a tracking number when your order has been despatched. For urgent work you can arrange to pick up your order from me. (Processing times still apply.)
