JessFX is usually a one woman operation and everything is made from scratch so do keep that in mind when planning an order. Processing time is usually 1-3 working days but please allow 5 working days in case it is a particularly busy period.

If you do need something by a specific date please drop me an email to see if it is achievable before placing your order.

UK SHIPPING

Standard shipping - 24hr Tracked: once dispatched usually arrives within 24hrs, however it is not a priority service so it’s best to allow at least 2 days.

Special delivery - a priority service and is SHOULD arrive by 1pm the day after dispatch, this option requires someone at the address to sign for the package.

With both postage options you will get a tracking number in your dispatch email when your order is on it’s way, please check your spam and junk folders if you don’t receive one.

OVEREASS SHIPPING

Shipping times can’t be guaranteed but usually takes between 4 and 14 days however if it gets held up in customs that can add on a couple of weeks. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you need something quickly please email me to find out if I can send it via DHL, prices for this usually start at £50 for the smallest orders and a phone number is needed to book the courier.
