JessFX products are intended for professional use by individuals who understand how to apply and remove them safely.

JessFX products do not contain any harmful materials. They also don’t contain latex or other materials known to cause common reactions. We don’t recommend using JessFX products on cut or damaged surfaces.

Care should always be taken to follow good hygiene practices keeping both yourself and any brushes or tools sanitary when applying JessFX prosthetics. To prevent cross-contamination, use fresh tools for each model or use disposables.

Apply and remove JessfX prosthetics gently and with care using professional grade products from a reliable supplier. Be especially cautious around sensitive areas. Ensure you take necessary precautions to prepare the surface before application and favour hypo-allergenic products where possible.

JessFX holds no responsibility for any cosmetic products used in conjunction with our prosthetics and moulds. We recommend you review all products you intend to use and carry out patch tests 24-48 hours prior to application. Cosmetic products should have safety data sheets available or as a minimum, ingredient lists. Regardless of the results of any patch tests you may wish to avoid using the product(s) on consecutive days.

Ensure prosthetics are stored at room temperature and avoid applying heat directly to the prosthetic.

Apply prosthetics in a well-ventilated area to minimise inhalation risks for you and your model.

If you or the model experience any discomfort or irritation whilst using, remove immediately and seek medical advice. The information provided in this safety notice does not constitute medical advice.

JessFX prosthetics are not reusable, the fine edge is destroyed upon removal. It is also not hygienic to attempt to reuse a prosthetic on multiple people.

Please take care when removing your JessFX prosthetics from their packaging, they are fixed with pins which are sharp and could cause minor injury. Keep all packaging away from children and pets and please recycle where appropriate.
