RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you would like to request a return or exchange you must do within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at jessfxstore@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email subject. If your request is approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the product to us using the same tracked shipping service you received it.

 

Returns

We can only accept a return if the product has arrived damaged or defective. In this instance we will need photos of the item to determine its condition. The product must not have been removed from its individual packaging or we cannot determine damage wasn’t done by the customer. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase and can take up to 10 working days to show in your account once issued.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted at our discretion. If we agree to an exchange the items must be unused, unopened and in the condition received. For this reason, please take care when packaging the items you are returning as the item must arrive back to us in a re-sellable condition.

Once we have received the order back and it has been fully checked over, we will be in touch via email to find out what products you would like in exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of the tracked shipping to return the original order and the shipping costs applicable to send out the replacement products will be subtracted from the credit total.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any discounted or sale items.

  • We can only accept exchanges/returns from the original customer.

 

Cancellations 

At JessFX we do not carry pre-made stock, so all of our products are made to order. We endeavour to make up and ship all orders as soon as possible which leaves a very small window for cancellation. If you would like to enquire about a cancellation, we request you try to do this within 3 hours of placing your order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
